2. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is operated on a server in Germany. When you access it, technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type, referrer) is processed in server log files in order to deliver the page, ensure security and analyze errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The log files are not merged with other data and are automatically deleted after a short period.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. In your browser's local storage (Local Storage), we store only your cookie notice choice and your language selection. This information is required to operate the site (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG) and is not transmitted to third parties.

4. Contact and Demo Request

If you use the "Book a demo" form, we process your name, your email address, your phone number and your selected callback time slots in order to respond to your request and call you back. The data is stored in our own CRM system on servers in Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or, alternatively, point (f) of Art. 6(1) GDPR. We delete the data once the request has been handled and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

5. Fonts, Images and External Content

All fonts, images and scripts are delivered from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other third-party providers. We do not use any analytics or tracking services.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner (Sächsischer Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragter), Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden. For requests, an email to info@danielsprecher.de is sufficient.

7. Currency of This Notice

As of: October 2026. We will update this notice whenever the processing changes.
